Educational Qualification : Minimum : Bachelor’s degree in Engg (preferably Mech Engg/Chem Engg) or in Science (Physics/Chemistry) > Min Years of experience : 5 Years (preferred exp in glass industry / automotive industry) > Roles & Resp : > To interface with the customers spread world-wide, in order to resolve issues related to quality & service > - To analyse the root cause of the problem, co-ordinate within AIME Team & facilitate corrective & preventive actions for the claims/feedbacks > - To obtain customer requirements pro-actively during all such interfaces > Requirements : > - Should possess excellent communication skills (both in oral & writing) > - Should possess strong analytical skills
