Experience: 15 years minimum in facility management or building O&M Degree: BS in Mech/Elect Engineering or equivalent Manage MEP systems operation and maintenance process in a critical environment in building/hospital utilities. Oversees the operations of building MEP systems to ensure the critical environment operations, maintenance, and vendor management standards of the contract are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. Work closely with the client's management team and O&M service subcontractors. Facilitate a root cause analysis investigation/problem solving session. Handle the overall account operations in accordance with budget. Lead O&M facility staff on large individual sites with critical environments. Fulfil contractual obligations and ensure that systems are operated and maintained cost-effectively and safely. Develop written procedures on operation and maintenance of critical environment equipment. Set operating philosophy, objectives and expectations and ensure that are communicated to management and site team members. Oversee O&M directions, development and implementation and align it with controls standard and policies. Maintain open lines of communication with Client’s representatives, subcontractors, and operations managers. Identify, test, and implement technological advances in support of building operations and maintenance. Establish process performance metrics; tracking, analysing and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and client satisfaction. Take corrective action to bring about required change and ensure contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards
