B.E. or B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering with experience in Construction and HR/recruitment.
Good working knowledge of the HR function
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources.
Minimum 5 years experience in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia working with Construction Contracting / Engineering / Consulting Firms.
Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various web job portals.
Very good knowledge of various manpower requirement for Construction (also for Design, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Planning & Control, Contracts, QS/Estimating, Plant/Motors & Vehicles, etc.).
Experience in sourcing of various categories ranging from Skilled workers to Engineers to Senior / Project Management of all disciplines required for Construction of Industrial Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Water Sectors and large Civil Construction Projects (Towers/High Rise Bldgs., Infrastructures).
Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken
