Communicate and coordinate with Sub-contractors for all project requirements. Be involved in solving technical issues based on project specifications and standards. To ensure that project construction activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan, contract specifications and drawings. Interpret Codes, Standards and project Specifications to clarify elements to ensure understanding and ensuring contract requirements are being met. Quality control activities and coordinate presence to record field inspection activities to ensure work conformance. Ensure application and make recommendations for the continuing development and improvement of inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Procedures/Method statements. Ensure safety requirements are being met
