Excellent Experience on Earthwork activities. Specially using (asphalt pavers, rollers, PTR’s). Ability to read Drawings. Good in English language. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to lead group of 120 workers. Accomplish the target within the time, available recourse, quality and safety standard. Supervise work force. Supervise Equipment. Ensuring the implementation of the work as per safety procedure and project procedure. Coordinate daily site activities between all parties: ( Site Engineer, QC inspector, Client Inspector, supervisors, surveyor).
