5-10 years relevant experience in similar industry. Gulf experience preferred. Experience and familiarity with all products and WAW's line of business. Very good knowledge of latest CNC driven painting machines and painting lines. Previous experience running a similar shop with perfect results and commitments to QHSE standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language, Arabic is highly desirable. Running the painting shop lines and painting booths. Running the preparation / sanding divisions and ensuring preparation is well done and acceptable to receive paint. Ensuring that all material paint and relevant additives are available on time. Prepare paint mixes when required. A very high commitment to QHSE and other locally required standards. Ensuring progress is as planned and better. Ensuring all workers and machines, under his responsibility are being utilised in a profitable manner. Daily reporting on works and progress.
