Qualification: Bachelor in IT, BCA/MCA/Engineer from recognized university. Experience: 2-4years, having excellent experience in handling all sort of job Responsibilities & Duties: Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems, Maintain system efficiency. Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together. Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Make recommendations for future upgrades. Maintain network and system security. Analyze and isolate issues. Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. Evaluate and modify system's performance. Identify user needs. Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. Design and deploy networks. Perform network address assignment. Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration. Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN, gateways, intrusion detection systems. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches. Key skills for System Administrator: Experience in end user support, computer operations and system administration for Windows servers and VMWare VSphere. Must be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of IP Routing & Switching. Power User knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and applications particularly relating to. MS Outlook, MS Server 2012 and 2008, MS Office365, Basic Windows scripting skills. Windows 2012/2008 Server platforms with emphasis on Active Directory Experience in medium to large IP addressing and subneting schemes. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products, independently using documentation and online resources. Must possess advanced HW & SW troubleshooting skills. Must possess good Arabic & English verbal and writing skills. MCSE is a must. Experience in VMware. Literally sound in English communication and computer skills. Gulf experienced preferred.
