Qualification: Bachelor in IT, BCA from recognized university.
Experience: 2-4years, having excellent experience in handling all sort of job
Responsibilities & Duties:
installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
repairing equipment and replacing parts
Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users; interpreting instructions; answering questions
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Patience, Presenting Technical Information.
Must possess good Arabic & English verbal and writing skills.
