Responsible for Quality assurance, direction and coordination of janitorial and housekeeping operations (Janitorial, façade Cleaning, waste management and pest control) at the property. The role responsibilities also include:
• Performs all accountabilities in a timely and efficient manner, following established company policy in projecting a favorable image of the project to achieve objectives, public recognition and acceptance.
• Conducting continual inspections
• Oversees inventory, purchasing, disbursement and cost control
• Monitors industry trends and recommends appropriate action to be taken to maintain the competitive status and presentation of the Center.
• Schedules and supervises special cleaning projects to provide maximum cleanliness of Center.
• Conducts and attends meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among company employees to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency.
• Prepares reports, as requested, to develop a more informative database for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.
• Completes Training sessions in a timely manner.
