o Review of Project Specifications o Review of P&I Drawings o Preparation / Review of various Field Instruments Data Sheets (PG, LG, FG, TG, PT, LT, FT, TT, CV, Analyser & Etc.) o Preparation / Review of Process & Pneumatic Hook–up drawings & MTO o Preparation / Review of Cable Engineering documents & MTO o Preparation / Review Instruments List, Alarm & Trip Schedule, IO list Control narrative and cause & Effect drawing. o Preparation / Review Control logic and Block Interlocking Diagrams o Preparation / Review of Instrument & Electrical Cable tray routing drawings o Preparation / Review Control System Configuration (PLC / DCS / RTU) and Bill of materials. o Review of Control System vendor documents (Wiring drawing / Calculation / Logic) o Preparation / Review of Electrical Data Sheets (Motor, Electric Heater, LCP, LCS, Cables & Trays) o Preparation / Review JB interconnection drawing and Local control panel Logic & drawing Preparation o Preparation of Electrical Load List o Selection of LT Electrical Equipment’s like MCC Switch gears, Variable Speed drives and LT Cables. o Vendor drawing review for all Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Electric Heater, LCP and LCS) o Overall E&I Hardware Estimation for procurement (Cable, Cable Tray, Cable Glands, junction box, PDB & Etc.) o Preparation / review of purchase requisitions for instrumentation and electrical equipments / components o Technical BID Evaluation and Vendor technical offer review / Comments for various Field Instruments (As stated above) o Technical BID Evaluation and Vendor technical offer review / Comments for various Electrical components (As stated above) o Technical BID Evaluation and Vendor technical offer review / Comments for DCS / PLC / RTU. o Inter-Team coordination with various discipline (Project/package/Procurement/Design / Production) o E&I Technical support to proposal Team for Pre-Order engineering. o Preparation of Weekly / Monthly reports of project status. o As-built drawings and documents EDUCATION & TRAINING Bachelor of Engineering (BE /B.TECH) / Diploma in ICE / E&I / EEE from reputed University with good academic record SKILLS & ABILITIES o Familiarity with AutoCAD o Familiarity in MS-office o Basic Knowledge in SAP & In-tools TECHCOMPETENCIES COMPETENCIES o Hands on Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation design and Detail engineering. Working experience in Oil & Gas field is preferred. o Experience 3-5 Years WORKING CONDITIONS WORK ENVIRONMENT Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit a Client’s office or production facility.
