DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Responsible for procurement function for the company
o Manage a team of buyers for locally managed categories for the company
o Liaise with the central procurement team for the order placement for centrally managed categories
o Liaise with the central order management team for expediting and delivery of material
o Responsible for design, development, implementation and sustaining supply chains for Direct & Indirect Material & Service Spends
o Lead the localized supply chain initiative
o Develop Local Saudi Arabia based supplier to meet company requirements
o Ensure that the material and services are ordered within the budgets for responsible categories
o Formulate and implement Procurement strategies for various categories managed ay company level
o Develop and Sustain Business Relationship with stakeholders.
o Generate MIS and KPI tracking methodologies
o Ensure compliance to Business Ethics, Petronash Business Policies and Business Management System
o Ensure that the business objectives for the department are met

This position requires candidate to have a Graduate Degree.

COMPETENCIES
o The candidate shall have more than 10-12 years of experience of working in and EPC/Skid based Package Manufacturing Industry. The candidate should have managed a team responsible for managing Procure to Pay Cycle including ordering and expediting.
o This position requires the candidate to have a Graduate Degree with relevant experience as mentioned below.
o A graduate Degree in engineering will be of an added advantage
o Post Graduate degree/diploma or any business degree in relevant field is desirable
o Certifications like CPSM & MCIPS will be an added advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS
WORK ENVIRONMENT Job will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel
IT H/W & S/W o Experience of working in ERP environment is must. Experience of working in SAP environment will be an added advantage
o Knowledge of MS office is mandatory.
