GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Service Manager is Responsible for complete business cycle of services and spares starting from processing customer enquiry, preparation of techno-commercial offers, order receipt, order acceptance, order execution and delivery.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing field installation, commissioning, warranty services, life cycle maintenance, refurbishments, system upgrades, customer training and spares of wellhead control panels, chemical injection skids and modular wellsite packages.
• Identifying the scope, determining tasks and resource requirements, planning, leading and guiding to assist for customers’ quotation requests, service orders and spares orders.
• To handle post-delivery product issues, warranty claims and technical assistances.
• Identify risks and challenges in assigned jobs and finds solutions to them.
• To provide product trainings
EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation
• Experience 12+ years
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Experience in manufacturing, installation and commissioning of process equipments and package for Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical, instrumentation and electrical disciplines.
• Knowledge and experience in piping, tubing, instruments, electricals, fabrication, erection and testing.
• Knowledge on wellhead control panels, chemical injection skids and modular well site packages.
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Equipments.
• Well-versed with Oil & Gas field operations and requirements.
• Familiar with, Mechanical Electrical and hydraulic engineering drawings and documents such as P&ID, GA, fabrication drawings, wiring drawings, Cause & effect charts, etc.
• Experience and market knowledge for preparing and reviewing techno-commercial proposals and for reviewing and accepting customer orders/contracts.
• Good in written and verbal communication.

WORKING CONDITIONS
WORK ENVIRONMENT Job will generally be performed in an office environment.
As required, visit to client office, vendor facilities, manufacturing & testing locations and onshore ad offshore client sites.
