Candidate should be Diploma or degree in Engineering (Production Planning or Mechanical). Experience minimum 10 years in painting. planning in mechanical construction or insulation of industrial projects like refinery, power plant, petrochemical plant with reputed companies is essential. Computer knowledge is must with full proficiency viz. MS Excel, MS Word. Knowledge of Primavera or MS Projects is necessary. Details of job responsibilities as given below; Review of Project Data from Hand Over Report. Review & confirmation of all Project documents including Specifications. Develop Reporting Formats for Site. Analysis of Daily Site Progress Reports on Ongoing Projects. Preparation of Weekly Progress Report Summary for ongoing Projects. Preparation of Monthly Progress Report Summary for ongoing Projects. Monitoring & Verification of TO on Ongoing Projects. Monitoring & Verification of BOM on Ongoing Projects. Analysis of Material Consumption on Ongoing Projects. Preparation of Manpower Histogram, Prodcutivity, Progress, Release, Quantities, Original vs Planned vs Actual Preparation of Manpower Projection Plan for Ongoing & Forthcoming Projects. Preparation of MS, ITP, TRA etc and review & check all MAR prior to submission to clients. Review of each site requisition order for all direct materials Prepare of monthly progress Invoices. NCR/CAR Register maintenance, follow up and closure in coordination with QCs. Assist the project manager to control the project works. Communicate with the client to solve all the problems include engineering, fabrication and installation. Support the colleagues to prepare all the procedures. Providing support to the QC inspector to do the inspection and solve the problem during the inspection. Providing yard support for the pre-fabrication and installation works. Attending meetings with Clients and Project Team on discussions and feedback on project problems. Update and monitor project progress and, if delayed advise mitigation actions to meet the schedule.
