- Responsibility for kitchen items purchasing, receiving and control storing food products and equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen staffs using correct products and proper per level to minimize food waste.
- Reviews in process and final Quality control, inspections of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure the quality of food, food services and the adherence to the local Hygiene’s system.
- Prepare and manage of daily work schedules and responsibility of all kitchen staffs.
