Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial/Vocational Education or in some cases Engineering/ Science) plus two (2) years industrial/ apprentice/OJT training experience in the skill area to be taught. OR High School/ Diploma plus Eight (8) years relevant industrial experience. Minimum of 5 years field experience as Crane and H/Equipment trainer. HUET certificate. Candidates must have certificate issued by International institute Will instruct at all levels within his expertise and serve as an advisor to other instructors. Work as a team member and subject-matter expert in the development, implementation and evaluation of curricula. Advise other Industrial Skills Trainers/ Instructors regarding effective training techniques. Conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback to teachers and report competencies to the ITD supervision and management. Required to conduct all level (Basic and Advance Crane courses, Basic and Upgrade forklift courses) certification test for Saudi Aramco and Contractor employees.
