Responsible for safe and seamless operation of Continuous Heat Treatment line (CHT) in the Automotive Production area and ensure that all equipment are in full operation in accordance with the specified requirements, procedures and quality standards. Make product and process decisions based on graphical and statistical analysis, practice good housekeeping, work on assigned preventative maintenance tasks, and Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and suggest new ideas. Responsible to operate the continuous heat treatment line (CHT) entry/exit section and ensure that the processed strip meets all related quality requirements and functioning of level 1 and level 2 automation systems. He must discharge such other functions as directed by the Sr.Operator/Supervisor. ? For CHT operator—Minimum 5 years of experience in cold strip processing line. ?
