HR Assistant will work full-time and perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations relating to benefits, systems, and compliance.
This position is open to candidates who are inside the country (U.A.E.)
Answers and directs emails related to benefits and general Admin inquiries.
Conduct audits and reviews reports.
Process changes relating to terminations and new hires.
Assist with compliance audits and renewals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Admin files, records, and documentation
Emails documents
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practices with sensitive information.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
