1. Bachelor Engineer or equivalent with three (3) or more years of Direct work experience and full knowledge of mechanical equipment, commodities, materials manufacturing, fabrication and quality activities required for the WORK. 2. Three (3) or more years of direct work experience performing QC inspection and testing related to the scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects). 3. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language. 4. Currently certified by API 510.
