"A. Coordinating and controlling the activities of contracts coordination.
B. Following up and monitoring and certifying the contractor invoices. Take part in any claim
review and recommendation.
C. Assist in contract related issues and control the cash flow.
D. Coordinating between Contractors, Purchasing & Contracts Divisions in Commercial
Department, and refineries regarding the monitoring and execution of contracts. Preparing
adjustment order documents for approval.
E. Reviewing and assisting in preparation of monthly contracts status report.
F. Maintaining the project contract files and Contractor performance records.
G. Reviewing and certification of Contractor invoices and payment process.
H.Reviewing and processing of Contractors' claims, Change Orders and Variation Orders"
