"Direct and supervise all refractory works for process equipment like heaters, reactors, boilers ,regenerators etc. includ ing removal of old refractory , surface preparation, installation of refractory installation of anchoring system , application of new refractory lining as per drawing etc. and handover the equipment for boxing up / Supervise activities and personnel pertaining to Refractory works. etc. B. Study drawings, specifications, inspection recommendations and determine the extent of work req uired and assign the jobs to subordinates according to wok schedule. C. Supervise progress of works ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with contract specifications & conditions in line with company quality control procedure. D. Ensure availability of all materials and equipment for the job as per scope of work E. Should be well versed i n the supervision of all types of refractory works such as Ceramic Fiber lining, brick lin i ng, castable refractory, moldabl e refractory etc."
