Direct & co-ordinate, follow-up & monitor for any correction action, all maintenance activities on Stationary, Rotating, Electrical & Instrument equipment, pertaining to the refinery process units, assign required manpower resources I materials to each maintenance activity to be carried out in his area or unit. Assign job priority that match the requirement of safe and smooth operation. / A. Participating in review of projects proposals received at concerned Projects Department and providing inputs in finalizing project execution strategies and preparation of proposal schedules for the same. B. Preparing project baseline schedules. C. Reviewing, updating and monitoring of project schedules and works progress status including identifying slippage /areas of concern and suggest action plan for recovery. D. Participating in the project teams as a member. E. Reviewing of contractor/consultants planning deliverables e.g. schedule & progress reports received time to time. F. Data collection, analysis and compilation of various projects reports as directed by management from time to time. G. Providing project schedule, project progress and completion forecast related data to other sections."
