"Key Responsibilities
1. Security Planning & Risk Management

• Develop and implement site-specific security plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments for theft, sabotage, and emergency situations.
• Prepare emergency response and contingency plans.
Access Control & Surveillance
• Manage access control systems and visitor protocols.
o Oversee CCTV monitoring, perimeter security, and access/egress points.
• Ensure security checkpoints are staffed and operational.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure adherence to local laws, company policies, and international security
standards.
o Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
• Conducted continuous improvements on systems and processes.
4. Personnel Safety & Training
• Conduct security awareness training for employees and contractors.
• Provide security briefings for high-risk areas.
• Coordinate with HSE teams for integrated safety measures.
5. Incident Response & Investigation
o Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, HR, and IT for security integration.
o Assist with contracts relating to security of personnel and assets.
7. Asset Protection
Safeguard equipment, locations, materials, and organizational assets.
• Advise and develop systems to enhance security of organizational assets."
