A. Participate in preparing the daily planning sheet of assigned area including calculation of man-hours carried over, under the direction of the Planning Engineer. B. Assist in preparation of work plan for shutdowns and preventive maintenance and programming work using Computerized Maintenance Management System, Primavera (P6) Package and Maximo. C. Assist in collection of daily shutdown progress data including manpower/material consumption and progress, enter data in the related computer package and prepare various reports. D. Any other jobs assigned by the Sr. Engineer, Planning and or Engineer, Planning. E. Liaise with various / immediate job associated in the Maintenance Department related to assigned activities. F. Maintain equipment files and other records in an orderly sequence, issue and follow-up the return of such files or documents. G. Periodical up date of Maintenance work order records and reports and prepare reports of work order types as per division, criticality and units.
